Alberto Ulloa

Psychiatrist from the Universidad Javeriana de Bogota Colombia. University professor of the graduate course in addiction at the Luis Amigo University in the city of Medellin. He has worked in the Ministry of Health in Colombia with the group Mental Health. Psychiatrist of the IPS Centro Cita mental health and in his private practice in the clinic Medellin del Poblado. He began to study the subject of medical cannabis in 2019 and today accompanies patients with this tool.
